Iconic Pitch Ceremonies & Technical Show Management

For the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, Lab2580 delivered a comprehensive production and operational scope across all 8 world-class stadiums. Our role was central to the tournament’s visual signature, encompassing the design and manufacturing of 32 giant country flags and the signature inflatable giant trophies that anchored the center-circle ceremonies for every match.

Beyond physical assets, Lab2580 provided specialized Light Design and Pyrotechnic operations, creating high-impact visual sequences synchronized for global broadcast. Our technical team managed the Live Show Call and coordination for all 64 matches, ensuring millisecond precision between the lighting rigs, SFX, and on-field movements. This project highlighted our ability to maintain operational consistency at scale, delivering a seamless pre-match protocol from the opening game to the Final at Lusail Stadium.
