For the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Lab2580 delivered a full-scale operational solution across 11 host venues in the United States. Tasked with managing the pre-match protocol for 63 matches, our teams executed high-impact on-field branding and ceremonies under strict broadcast and turf-protection constraints.

The scope included the production of over 150 custom pitch carpets and giant flags, engineered for rapid 4-minute deployment. We integrated 3D giant trophies and emblems to anchor the stadium's visual identity, culminating in a stadium-wide pyrotechnic and SFX show for the Final Award Ceremony. From logistical coordination to live show-calling, we ensured a seamless transition from protocol to kick-off on a global stage.
